Hello friends, it’s been a while since I posted….sorry about that!  :)   But, I have been a busy bee creating 2 new Indoor Cycling/Spinning® playlists!  If you are signed up to get profile and playlist updates, you already know this.  And if you aren’t signed up, you should!

11 songs, 54 minutes long. We ride all terrains with an emphasis on strength and steadily increasing our heart rates to near max while maintaining control over our efforts.
