JUNE 2014 CYCLING PLAYLIST

Hello friends, it’s been a while since I posted….sorry about that!  :)   But, I have been a busy bee creating 2 new Indoor Cycling/Spinning® playlists!  If you are signed up to get profile and playlist updates, you already know this.  And if you aren’t signed up, you should!

Every time a new profile goes up on my SHOP page I send you an email with the playlist in the email.  Interested now?  You can sign up by adding your information here:

If you missed it here are my 2 most recent featured rides:

CLIMB, CLIMB, VALLEY, repeat.

11 songs, 54 minutes long. We ride all terrains with an emphasis on strength and steadily increasing our heart rates to near max while maintaining control over our efforts.

GETTING BETTER

14 songs.  50 minutes long.  Imagine it’s a beautiful day outside, perfect for a road ride.  Come on the journey with me.  Create the ride in your mind and feel it in your body as we share the connection to the music and become better riders with each song. High energy cycling, a few active recoveries and a whole lot of fun!
